Very good looking stone but extremely hard to keep looking clean and there is no sealer on the market that is 100% stain resistant

Is it a bad idea to install copper sink in our newly remodeled kitchen? My wife insist on it but I have my doubts I expect it will be very susceptible to scratches and acid damage.

I'd like to install a few concrete anchors in my ceiling in Merida. I’ll be using it to support suspend shelving hanging from the ceiling. What kind of anchors should I use? And how thick are those colonial roofs?

It may not be "professional" but I have done something like this before and it works. Try to inject adhesive into joint with a syringe. Get a needle from the vet or a pharmacy and use super glue or a silicone. It may hold for another 50 years and if not, you haven’t lost much by trying.
