The Permit Plan or Official Plan ... must contain:

Facades: This must be properly bounded measured in meters and centimeters. If you are remodeling, drawings of facade must show "Before and After" remodeling.

Architectural Plans: In case of remodeling, you must include proper lifting Plant bounded. The new plant project proposal. In both cases the Architectural Plants should be properly referenced with axes limited, and architectural, as well as highlight the name of each of the spaces.


Plot Plan of your property. Indicating the location of the building on the ground, slopes and stormwater discharges.

Architectural Cross Section .- 2 section passing thrugh bathrooms and stairways.

Location Plan .- With the radius of 250 meters around your property.

Table of Reference .- It should include details about the owner (name), location of the work (address), descriptive picture of areas to be build and the original signature of the PCM and the Owner.

Location of septic tank and cistern .- indicating the system to be use. Attach the relevant technical details as the type of system chosen and separation with the property lines (minimun 2 meters)

Memory .- In some cases ingineering calculation may be required.

Permited scale in all drawings (in Meters) except location. 1:50, 1:75, 1:100, 1:125
