Does anybody out there have some useful information on pool permits and construction requirements in Merida?

After submitting your plans with measurements indicating where you want to locate the pool on your property, you will have to wait on average 1 to 2 weeks to get the permits, fee will be around 60$ US. Then you will have 1 inspection to verify that you are in compliance. The most important rule is the distances from the neighbor’s property to the pool 1 meter, this can be waived if the neighbor agrees to it in writing.
