garage floor or concrete driveway can quickly become grimy and dirty, especially if you use the area for regular car repairs or other DIY projects. Regularly cleaning the concrete will help prevent buildup of these substances. Sealing the concrete can also be a useful way to prevent future stains.

Depending on the surface of your house, getting rid of the stains is generally easy, you can scrape it, you can use all kinds of solvents to remove it or my favorite, you can sand blast it. After you’ve done this, you’ll need to let it dry. Next step is to seal all the surfaces with a dip penetrating sealer and after this is dry, apply an undercoat, which could be acrylic or oil base but needs to form a solid barrier to prevent the stain bleeding through, last thing is to paint it and again acrylic or oil – your choice, I generally prefer an oil based products because they have a better resistance to the weather damage and they last longer. Good Luck.
