 stained concrete
I have tile floor in my hallway and I like to replace it with stained concrete floor. Has anybody done stain concrete on a floor which used to be tiles?

 Re: stained concrete
Hi Billy You can do it, but first you have to remove all the tiles and check in what shape is the existing concrete underneath. Sometimes it’s easier to remove the old concrete floor and pour the new one in its place , if you decide to pour the new concrete on top of the old make sure to clean the old concrete completely, removing all debris and to use concrete bonding agents (available in Merida). Another important thing is to have a new layer of concrete minimum 3” thick. The rest is easy. Adam
