No.
There are no escrow companies operating in Merida that I know of.
If someone is offering you escrow services in Mexico, you have to be aware that there are only some guide lines for operating an escrow services in Mexico and they are established by the Mexican Commercial Code.

However there are no provisions for the licensing of Escrow Companies or their agents.

If you decide to use a person or an institution offering Escrow Services, you have to check out their references and also their standing with PROFECO – Mexican Costumer Protection Agency.
