Post Rust problems near the beach
For those of you, who have to deal with the rusty metals plumbing and light fixtures in your homes on the beach.
About two years ago I have sprayed some of my outside faucets , shower heads, and exterior lights fixtures with a Rust-Oleum - American Accents - Stone Spray Paint. Surprisingly, after almost two years this paint looks good and protects the metal surfaces well, even in difficult beach environment. This paint is lot thicker than ordinary spray paint and has a look and texture of a natural stone; it comes in several different colors and is available in our local Home Depot. This paint works far better than other kinds of sprays available here.
