 Re: Authentic Mexican Food Recipes
Hi Wendy Out of all the recopies I have found on Google this one mostly resembled those we ate at home. http://www.saveur.com/article/Recipes/Stuffed-Chiles-in-Walnut-Sauce But if you want to get a chilies en Nogada without going through all the cooking trouble, go to ”Frida Restaurant” and you should be satisfied.

 Re: pumpkin seed dip
Recipe for great pumpkin seed dip: 3 Large roasted tomatoes 1 cup roasted pumpkin seeds1 cup 1 roasted onion 1 roasted habanero chile Salt and black pepper First, roast the tomatoes, onions and chile, than roast the pumpkin seeds in the separate pot or skillet. Put it all in the blender and blend until you get a smooth and thick paste, add salt and black pepper. Served with chips or fried tortillas
