 Merida - where to stay?
We plan to stay in Merida for 4 weeks in October and explore possibilities of purchasing a house there. I wonder if you could give us some insight into neighborhoods to stay in or even where we can rent a 2 bedroom house for four weeks. Thanks in advance.

Hello We have stayed at a couple of places in Merida and without question, the best has been Piedra de Agua, but you can also try http://www.tripadvisor.com/ and find something there. B

Hi Hotel Luz En Yucatan, A great, relaxing little place to stay in the heart of El Centro in Merida. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking to spend few days in Merida and wants to enjoy all the activities in the central district. Great value for your money! Jerry

Re: Merida - where to stay?
We really enjoyed our three nights visit at Dolores Alba Merida. The place is located close to everything and is run by a very friendly people that are all too happy to help you with anything. Good option for those on a budget. Everything was just so convenient, loved the city and loved our stay! mr&mrs pirate
