The intention of this Forum is to help the new people to get establish in Yucatan by providing them with information about sources and services, that we have had tryed or that worked for us and others. We don’t want it to be one more Advertising or Complementary site (Like many in the Net about Yucatan!).
If you have a question about where to find something, what product to use, how to do it, etc. Please write it here, and if someone else will have a similar question, will find an answer here.
In past few years many people asked me , over and over different things about construction and what products we use that work here. Adam has over 25 years of experience in construction, as a Licensed General Contractor and Builder. So if you have a problem with something like that, he will respond, and when you get your own specialist, you are better informed.
I am from here and am very familiar with the process of permits, bills, plans, etc. So if you have any question about what permits you will need, what papers are require, etc. Please let me know and I will tell you where is the best place to go. We also have several local and foreign architects participating and contributing to this forum.
