Post Land survey in Yucatan
Question: when purchasing a small farm in Yucatan Fidecomiso-bank will survey the land or it is something we should take care on our own? And if so, any recommendation on local surveyors?

To be certain, you should ask your lawyer, but it is a good practice to have your land surveyed before the purchase, and I will email you directly with some names.
OK

Hello,
This is a lawyer responsibility to make sure that the land and papers are correct, but it is not his job to fiscally check it.
Some smaller lots usually have a fence or some kind of marker, but with large pieces of land, it is better to have that place marked by a surveyor.
And if it doesn’t have a fence fenced it off immediately.
