I need to install a new sub-panel in my beach home in Chelem and upgrade the entire electrical system. Do I need to get a construction or electrical permit if I am going to do the job myself?

Hi I wouldn’t worry about permit in this case; I don’t think they will issue a permit for such a small job. It is very unlikely that you get caught for not having one (there are no building inspectors there). But if you insist to be proper check with the city hall in Chelem. Adam
