There is a place on calle 50 between 61 and 63 in El Centro, called Vidrio Maya. They are fabricate and distribute stained glass. You can investigate there. And there is other possibility: Artes en Vidrio in La Ceiba those guys even give classes how to make stained glass windows and lamps etc.

There are couple of glass places on Itzaes Ave just passing the Chevrolet dealer on the way to the airport. We purchased some stained glass lamps there, I am sure they will do stained glass windows and other things in glass.
