 Rentals in El Centro? Is it possible to rent a longterm (6-12 months) furnished small house in the centro? What would be an average cost of the monthly rent?

Yes, it is possible, not a lot of furniture but basic. An unfurnished home you could found as cheap as 3,000 pesos a month, with furniture could be double. Price depends on what kind of home you are looking for. There are some renovated homes in Centro, those would cost over 5,000 pesos a month.
