We are having a bathroom remodeling job in progress and are debating as to which water heater to choose. What size would be adequate and what brand is the best. I really know very little about water heaters, so any feedback and opinions on it would be appreciated!

There are all kinds of water heaters available here; they come with 1,2,4,5, year’s warranty. Unfortunately none of those I have bought survived more than 3 years and if they are located outside of the building exposed to weather, they are not going to last even 2 years.
I would suggestion is to get a cheap one.
